View Steve Saraceno's Opening Day 2009 video. We have formed a new team called the As that will be based in Ashland. The As are replacing the White Sox which returned to the Worcester league. The AL squad beat the NL squad 9-8 in the 2008 All-Star game on 10/12. The Cubs won the 2008 League Championship with a 2-0 and 2-0 (12 innings) sweep of the Orioles on 10/5.
